ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับ : เครือข่ายเยาวชนสังคมนิยมโลก(IUSY)

IUSY หรือ International Union of Socialist Youth เป็นองค์กรเยาวชนคนหนุ่มสาวสากล ที่ขับเคลื่อนปัญหาสังคมการเมืองเชิงโครงสร้าง มีอุดมการณ์สังคมนิยม(Socialist) และสังคม-ประชาธิปไตย(Social-Democracy)  ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 1907 มีสำนักงานกลางอยู่ที่กรุงเวียนนา ประเทศออสเตรีย  ปัจจุบันมีสมาชิกประมาณ 143 องค์กร ในกว่า 100 ประเทศทั่วโลก ประกอบไปด้วยองค์กรเยาวชนของพรรคการเมืองแนวสังคมนิยม แนวสังคม-ประชาธิปไตย และพรรคแรงงานในประเทศต่างๆ ทั่วโลกรวมถึงองค์กรคนหนุ่มสาวที่เคลื่อนไหวด้านการเมืองในประเทศต่างๆ ที่ไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิกพรรคการเมืองด้วยเช่นกัน  สมาชิกของ IUSY อาทิ JSE-Juventudes Socialistas de Espana เยาวชนสังคมนิยมแห่งสเปน ก่อตั้งปี 1906,  MJS-Mouvement des Jeunes Socialistes  เยาวชนสังคมนิยมฝรั่งเศส-มีสมาชิกทางการ 10,000 คน และไม่เป็นทางการแต่เข้าร่วมอีก 20,000 คน,  Federazione dei Giovani Socialisti,  JungsozialistInnen in der SPD – JUSOS, Social Democratic Youth of Sweden–SSU,  European Community Organisation of Socialist Youth–ECOSY, Norwegian Labour Youth, African National Congress Youth League, ANC YL ฯลฯ  และเป็นองค์กรภาคีความร่วมมือใน European Youth Forum(YFJ) ภายใต้การสนับสนุนของสภายุโรป (Council of Europe) และ สหภาพยุโรป (Europe Union) ด้วย

About The International Union of Socialist Youth (IUSY)

The International Union of Socialist Youth (IUSY), founded in 1907, is the biggest political youth organization in the world representing about 140 member organizations from more than 100 countries. IUSY is the Youth of the Socialist International (SI). It brings together the socialist, social democratic and labour political youth organizations from around the world in order to fight for freedom and human rights, social justice and democracy, peaceful solutions to political problems, and ending all forms of discrimination,. IUSY works by developing and strengthening its member organizations in different countries, supporting new organizations, publishing bulletins, and organizing international youth gatherings each year.   The IUSY as a political party youth organization cooperates with all worker’s movements and progressive organizations in the world.
